Refund Policy

At By Martha, I take pride in delivering quality graphic design services. Because each project requires time, creativity, and resources, refunds are handled with care and fairness.

Deposits

• All deposits or booking fees are non-refundable, as they secure your project time in the schedule.

Service Refunds

• Refunds are generally not available once design work has begun.

• If you are unsatisfied during the early concept stage, please reach out — I will make reasonable revisions as outlined in our agreement.

Project Cancellations

• If you decide to cancel a project after work has started, you may still be responsible for payment covering the work completed up to that point.

Revisions & Satisfaction

• I aim to ensure you’re happy with the final product. Revisions are included as outlined in your service package or contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
